I am a foreigner working in the Netherlands. Buying a house here is not an easy thing for me at all. Before I met Miranda, I was not really sure what to do and had a lot of concerns. However, When I first met her, I was sure that she is someone I can trust -- she is very nice, enthusiastic, and most of all, very honest. She helped me in all possible ways: telling me if the house is good or not (and why is so), giving me advice in making an offer, helping me arrange house inspections and notary, etc. I felt much confident and secured with her help. I was very impressed by her professionalism. When she visited the house with me (before making the offer), she checked every single point of the house -- from roof to base-- no matter how difficult it is. Then gave me very professional opinion about it. She also represents her customer's best interest. Once we had some different opinions about the price we should offer for a house. She called me at night (I was still awake) trying to stop me from making a ridiculous offer (my offer was too high, and eventually it proved that she was right!). She was so patient and sincere while talking to me. When she finally persuaded me, it was already 2:00 a.m, and she has an exam to take in the next morning! Miranda is very hardworking. She does a lot of research on the house I wanted to buy and always try to deliver the results as soon as possible. She also responds to my emails/messages so promptly, even in the weekends and evening. I really enjoyed the cooperation with her. She is not just my agent, but more a friend! Conclusion: Miranda is very nice, enthusiastic, professional, honest, responsible, hardworking and responsive.
