Conclusion first: Gilaine is the makelaar that we would recommend to every relative, friend and colleague of us if they want to sale or buy a house. Professional, patient, efficient and responsive. When we wanted to sale our house, we had appointments with several makelaars, due to the fluctuation of the housing market, we want to sale our house asap, but not in a careless rush. Actually, Gilaine was not our first choice, one of the other makelaar made beautiful promises to us in the begining: listing the house soon/view numbers guaranteed/multiple views will be planned. However, when we said yes to them, all the following plannings were different from what they promised: much longer listing time, no guarantee on the viewing time and viewing numbers. After this happened we immediately decided to stop proceeding further with them, and follow our feeling and proceed with Gilaine, it turns out to be the best decision we made in q2 2023 :) Everything is immediately, and PROPERLY arranged: photo shooting, listing, viewing planing, viewings, getting offers and then final closure. Everything finished in 1 month, with a results above our expectation. 100% satifaction, 100% recommended!! Thank you Gilaine, it is a pleasure to meet you:)
