Ze is altijd bereikbaar en als je ergens tegen aanloopt helpt ze je daarbij. Omdat ze echt weet waar ze over praat kan ze ook heel makkelijk moeilijke taal heel duidelijk en begrijpbaar maken. Ik kan niets anders zeggen dat ze echt een kei is en weet waar ze overpraat.
