I recently worked with Pelle when buying my first home in Amsterdam. Being an expat, it was very daunting but, I could not have worked with a better broker. Pelle has great knowledge of the housing market in Amsterdam and from the outset, he took the time to explain the market and how fast-paced it is; and more importantly how it differs from the UK, making the whole process easier to navigate. Pelle's friendly and enthusiastic personality made the early morning viewings more bearable, and his sense of humor meant that we could laugh about the flats that didn't live up to their Funda photos. With a market that moves so fast, Pelle was always available and easy to get hold of, so every opportunity could be seized. From beginning to end, Pelle was a great support, he was encouraging, offered advice and challenged when needed. For me Pelle is the right balance of professional and personable.
