I'm satisfied with the visit of this apartment overall, Sam has a good knowledge, owner was present also. Presentation of apartment on internet is excellent, very well written, detailed description. I would consider renting this flat, I believe that it is in a safe area, good value for the price, well equipped and well furnished.

Sam is a very professional housing agent, good knowledge of the area. The flat itself did not attract me, what is disappointing that it is presented to be better on the internet than it actually is. I do not consider this flat being located in a very safe area, not considering of renting it.

Sam is a very good agent with good knowledge, however pricing of the flat was unclear and not been clarified so far. Presentation of the flat is very poor on the internet. This flat is not matching my needs, too big, not very well equipped and not satisfied with all inclusive pricing structure.
