She was able to answer all questions and also took the time to answer general questions about things that, as a German in Holland, I wasn't entirely clear on. I was given plenty of time to look around on my own and get a first impression. Compared to other viewings with different agencies, this was on a different level. The main reason for the positive feedback is that an individual time slot was scheduled for each potential candidate, and Michelle was able to take time for each candidate accordingly.
