Fred unfortunately forgot the time of the appointment but, when I rang him, he came very quickly and very apologetic. Unfortunately this mean that the next person to view the property arrived before Fred and I had finished discussing the terms. So it was a bit rushed. It was not really a problem though because I had already decided to rent the property and Fred was incredibly helpful in getting the contract drawn up the same day which meant him working until very late in the evening. Overall I am very satisfied with the services provided by Fred and EHR.

Graag hadden wij eerder vernomen van de makelaar dat het inwendige van het pand in zo'n slechte staat is, qua ontbreken van radiatoren en verlichting. Van een koop pand ok maar van een huur pand niet.
