I believe that Irma is one of the best around Rotterdam, for both sellers and buyers. I met Irma for the first time on a Saturday when I was invited to view an apartment as a buyer candidate. By that time, I already viewed many apartments/houses, but didn't win so far. Actually I didn't win that apartment too, but something is different since I found a good makelaar! Irma is one of few makelaars who is willing to show houses in the weekend. And I learned that she scheduled viewings for ~40 candidates for that apartment. Though my win possilibity would be small in this case, I figured out Imas as a very responsible makelaar. Together, taking her ample of experience in Rotterdam real estate into consideration, I decided to invite Irma as my buyer makelaar. The result showed that my selection is correct and smart. I am quite pround of myself for my selection as well as Irma for her successful bidding of my home. The house is cute, very good location. It's kind of old but the maintenance is relatively good. Irma even found the old structual inspection report of that house! The price is somehow beyond my imigination, mostly becasue of the hot market. Fortunately, it barely hit the top edge of my budget. So, finally I won a house. And, this house is one of my most favorite house among the houses that I had viewed. So, many thanks for helping me to get my home.

Erik was very helpful in the buying process. If I had any concerns he covered them in a very fast and efficent mannor. Any concerns I had from the process he relayed to the seller and they were quickly solved. I feel lucky that Erik was the one helping with the sale.
