We were promised a lot but reality was different. Once hired, the broker was not at all enthusiastic about the sale and didn't adhere to his promises. He mostly didn't fill the data base after viewing as agreed. Communication quality was not good and he didn't follow up with the appointments as he was promised. His usual response was he couldn't reach which was not the case as I tried reaching two appointments and was successful. The advice he gave didn't worked (Facebook extra and Funda extra), after 15-16 viewings, didn't have a single bid and in the end I have to post my house on Facebook and found the buyer myself. Broker is a true box sifter. If you want to pay some one to sell your house and do all the work yourself then be sure to go for this company. Otherwise save your money and time.

Komt erg eerlijk en betrouwbaar over. Open over de mogelijkheden en onmogelijkheden van het huis, fundering en niet meedoen van de buren aan funderingsherstel.
